EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

 

This exchange policy is effective as of May 2022.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your product or have had a change of heart regarding your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date the order was delivered to your address.

 

CONDITIONS TO ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE:

In order to process an exchange, the product must be in pristine condition, showing no signs of use—meaning it must be in the exact same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it is mandatory that the item is returned in its original packaging.

 

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will get back to you with all the necessary instructions to proceed with the exchange.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF HEART (CANCELLATION):

If you regret your purchase, you can also return your order within 7 days from the delivery date.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR CHANGE OF HEART:

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the exact same payment method you selected during checkout. There will be no additional fees for processing your refund.

 

PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS:

In case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date the order was delivered to your address.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and information regarding the manufacturing defect (including a description along with photos or videos). We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned items. The amount will be refunded using the exact same payment method you selected during checkout. There will be no additional fees for processing your refund.

 

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS:

The shipping costs for returning products due to a change of heart or manufacturing defects will be fully covered by our store through a prepaid return shipping label process.

 

You will receive a return shipping authorization code or label via email after your exchange or return request is processed, and you must drop off the package at the designated local shipping carrier facility. We do not cover packaging costs; therefore, we highly recommend using the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if undamaged) or a suitable box that protects the items during transit.
